I aim to write weekly posts all year round covering each of my topics as well as creating posts in reply to my readers requests. I also run series and mini challenges for my readers to follow throughout our self development journeys so I’m very excited to share my thoughts with you and hear your top tips and opinions too! I’m so happy to be able to share this journey with my readers, learning and bettering myself in the process.

My name is Jenna Nixon, I’m 22 years old approaching my 3rd and final year of University.

I’ve always had a creative side to me and I can’t wait to share my ideas and DIY’s with you. Since joining University I discovered my interest in self-development. While listening to countless audio books, I discovered the immense power our minds can have over our bodies and lives and I began digging deeper, working towards that ‘better version’ of myself.

Outside of University and blogging, I work part-time to fund my hobby of rainy days and spending time in the glorious British weather with my horse! Living in Britain, that generally consists of rain and wind (with the occasional sunny spell).
